As an organization dedicated to performing research that decreases inequalities in, we also actively monitor and refine our own training programs to ensure we are increasing diversity among social science researchers. Through our formal and informal training programs, we recruit and train undergraduate, post-baccalaureate, doctoral, and post-doctoral students from underrepresented groups to be successful in university settings and in the workforce.
